    The location is nice

    Too many people in the hotel and just one or two ladies at the reception. I have never seen so long lines in a hotel!

    A great hotel in a great location....service and food first rate.

    My only slight criticism is the rather over tolerant line on dress. It really is loathsome to see people having afternoon tea dressed in baseball caps, T shirts and shorts. If such people decisde to take their business elsewhere, fine by me.

    The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from key attractions like Gallerie Lafayette and the Louvre. The staff were very good, provided complimentary drinks when our room was delayed and assisting with bookings. Nevertheless, the comfortable beds and the quality breakfast were good.

    Good location, exellent interiors, exellent view from the window.

    Service is not perfect. Once they lost my everning breakfast order and next morning i got my breakfast only after two calls in room service and one hour waiting. Porrige was different every day. I lot of street noise in the room.

    I had an awesome stay! The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a delightful spread that I can't stop thinking about. The cozy room comfort felt like a peaceful retreat after long days. Plus, the mobile phone charging service was an unexpected treat! I'd definitely choose this place again.

    Admirable service, BREATHTAKING views of the opera from my cosy queen room. Amazing and good location only a short distance to a public square. Also - just off the very centre of Paris and Paris during the protests by les gilets jaunes.

    The room was neat and newly renovated with wonderful mattresses and pillows - really enjoyed it. The hotel was legendary and ideal and in a very central location. The service was friendly during my stay. Super friendly staff; was willing to help.
